Our Story

For most of our lives, home was Saigon. It's where our family grew up, where our roots run deep, and where our mother, Ngoc, spent more than ten years pouring her heart into a small restaurant of her own. Cooking was never just a job for her — it was her way of caring for people, one steaming bowl of phở, one plate of cơm tấm, one familiar taste of home at a time.

Two years ago, we brought that same spirit with us to the United States, and Pho 99 & Grill was born. We're still new here, still learning, still finding our footing. But what we carry with us hasn't changed: family, humility, and a deep love for the food we grew up with.

Everything we serve is made the way Ngoc taught us — authentic, honest, and full of heart. Our broth simmers for hours the way it should, and every plate carries the real flavors of Saigon. When you sit down at our table, you're not just a customer. You're family.
