our story
For most of our lives, home was Saigon, where our mother, Ngoc, spent more than ten years pouring her heart into a restaurant of her own. Two years ago, we brought that same spirit to the United States and opened Pho 99 & Grill, serving the authentic flavors of Saigon made just the way she taught us. When you sit down at our table, you’re not just a customer — you’re family.
Every dish we serve starts the same way it did in Saigon: fresh ingredients, prepared by hand each day, and recipes we've never changed. We don't cut corners or take shortcuts. We cook the way our family always has, so every bite tastes just like home.
